Recently, I had the honor of photographing a session that was particularly special to me – a dear friend’s son, who is leaving for boot camp to become a Marine.
The session took place at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island, my favorite spot to shoot. The park’s serene beauty provided the perfect backdrop for this emotional and meaningful occasion. As I captured the bond between mother, father, and son, I couldn’t help but reflect on the significance of these fleeting moments.
