Our lives are full of milestones: graduation, marriage, but perhaps the biggest one of all is our first baby. Nothing changes your entire world like your first child. I absolutely love newborn photography; it is one of my very favorite things to do. There is something about capturing the truly precious and fleeting newborn moments that brings me great joy. As a mother myself, I know how fast this season of life goes and I want to help you remember those sleepy eyes and tiny smiles for a lifetime.

With each newborn photography session, I capture every detail of the baby, from the smooth milky skin to the soft smile, but I take it beyond that to capturing the deep love the parents have for their newborn baby. In each session, I strive to immortalize the proud look of the father as he holds his baby girl or the look of unconditional love in a mother’s eyes as she snuggles her baby boy. The true art to newborn photography is capturing these emotions so completely that in 20 years when you thumb through your child’s newborn album you will still be able to smell the sweet baby scent of their skin just by holding a photograph.

Choose Your Environment

I will work with you to create a unique environment in your home or in my photography studio that reflects your unique needs and personality. I want you to enjoy your session, and I want it to be comfortable for your newborn. I will work with you to create an experience that will allow us to be successful given the temperament of your child.

Props & Backdrops

My goal is to create the most natural and organic photos of your child possible, but often some props and accessories can be very helpful in creating the perfect scene. I will work with you to find options that will work to enhance the environment we choose.

Hair & Makeup

Look your absolute best in your photography session with our professional hair and makeup services. For only $160, I will coordinate a hair and makeup artist to come on-site and work with you to create the perfect look for your session.

This is a simple Lifestyle Newborn Session that is great for the second, third time Mom. No pressure, just quick and simple. This session should be booked within the first 1.5 weeks of life. All images will be expertly edited one by one as well as color corrected.

Those early days with your newborn baby are truly irreplaceable. This session helps those memories last a lifetime. I will arrive at your home with everything needed to make this session special. While your little one is awake, I’ll work to capture the connection between you, your partner, and your new baby. After we’ve captured images with both parents individually and included siblings in on the fun, we’ll take some special solo photos of the baby as he sleeps. A custom video of your little one’s smiles, yawns and stretches will be created for you to cherish for the rest of your life.
